Join David & Beverly North on a 17-day study tour, and experience the major Biblical sites in Israel, Jordan, and Egypt. On this trip, you will walk where Jesus, Peter and Paul walked. Once you have been on this life-changing trip, you will never read the Bible, listen to a Bible lesson, or sing a song in worship the same way.
In Israel, the trip will include visiting sites in Jerusalem, Qumran, the Dead Sea, Ein Gedi, the Jordan River, Jericho, Capernaum, Sea of Galilee, Megiddo, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Dan, Mt. Carmel and Caesarea. We will swim in the Dead Sea, wade in the Jordan and sail on the Sea of Galilee. We will also see some great Biblical artifacts in the Israel Museum, visit a large model of 1st Century Jerusalem, and search for some artifacts in dirt from the Temple Mount.
In Jordan, the trip will include visiting Mt. Nebo, Madaba, and Petra.
In Egypt, the trip will include visiting sites in Cairo, Memphis, Luxor and Karnak where we will see the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum with the golden King Tut treasures and the Valley of the Kings.
The price of the trip will be about $7500/person (single supplement about $1300) and will include travel from OKC, excellent lodging, admissions, most meals, and all tips. The current plan is to depart Saturday, April 28th and return Monday, May 14th. We expect there to be space for about 32 travelers on the trip.
David & Beverly North will host the trip. They have lead tours and traveled to the Holy Lands several times over the past 30 years. Their tours are always packed with full days and focus on connecting what you see to the Bible. We will also have expert local guides at each location.
